FogliOre
FogliOre is the system of record for a company whose staff work at customer sites: who worked where, for how long, what the customer is owed and what each employee is paid.
Employees photograph the paper sheet or log each shift from the phone, with a passkey instead of a password. HR validates against the image in a weekly grid, day by day, customer by customer. Nothing is typed twice.
Each customer has shifts: which days, which hours, how many people. Employees are assigned to them and the contract history stays intact when things change.
Leave requests arrive from the cloud app. Pay stub PDFs are matched to each employee automatically by tax code and net amount, then delivered on request.
Customer locations come from Odoo and are geocoded. Routes between sites give distance and duration for each contract.
Safety courses, medical visits, fleet deadlines, equipment and consumables live in the same place as the people who use them.
Worked hours against contracted hours per customer, payroll periods, temp-agency invoice reconciliation, quotations and a finance dashboard.
The system of record runs on your premises or your private server and holds the financial data. A small cloud companion is what employees use from their phones. It holds no financial data and never reaches into your network: the main app pushes reference data out and pulls submissions in.
